How do I contact the Design Masters team?

If you have a question or need assistance, just email us at sales@designmasters.com or call 1-757-566-8500. Our team is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time.

How do I place an order?

If you are new to our site, you can easily set up your account from our “Log In” page. Once you have created your account, a Design Masters associate will review and approve your request. You will receive an email indicating that you have been approved as a Wholesale customer; approval typically happens within one business day. Then, you can start shopping!

As a returning customer, why am I having difficulty logging in and placing an order?

If you have not placed an online order since our new website was launched, you will need to set up an account for the new site. Go to the “Log In” page to create your account. As soon as we have approved your new account, you will receive an email and be able to place your order.

Why do I not have an option to place items in my cart?

Once your account set up has been reviewed and approved by a Design Masters associate, you will receive an email. At that point, you will have the order option.

Can I send you a purchase order?

Yes! To order via a purchase order, please contact us at sales@designmasters.com. We will provide a Credit Application for completion. Once your application is approved, you can email your purchase order or fax it to 757-566-8400. Orders must include a customer name, contact, customer number (if available), and phone number.

Can I order from the website using a purchase order?

Orders placed via the website are prepaid with an authorized credit card. To place your order via a purchase order, just follow the steps noted above.

Shipping Details

Shipping is based on weight and calculated at the time of shipment. Your online order will typically ship within 2 business days.

Prices

Once you are approved as a Wholesale customer, you will be able to see the wholesale pricing. Please note that all prices are subject to change without notice.

Can I request a catalog?

Absolutely! Just email us at sales@designmasters.com to request your catalog in the mail.
